WERNER, Judge:

Before a military judge sitting as a general court-martial, the appellant pled guilty to and was convicted of forty-four specifications alleging wrongful distribution of federally controlled drugs, three specifications alleging conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman, and three specifications alleging wrongful distribution of state controlled drugs in violation of Articles 112a, 133 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. §§ 912a, 933 and 934 (1982 & Supp. V 1987), respectively.
