On July 7, 1999, the court held hearing on Chrysler Financial Company’s motion for summary judgment on its complaint to determine validity, priority, and extent of lien and for relief to reform the certificate of title. By its complaint, Chrysler seeks to have the court rule that Chrysler holds a security interest superior to the interest of the trustee in bankruptcy in debtor James L.
