MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAM F. STONE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

Enterprise Leasing Company of Norfolk/Richmond (“Enterprise”) was in the midst of completing a vehicle leasing/financing transaction with MEPCO, Inc. (“MEPCO”) when it learned, doubtless to its shock and dismay, that without any notice or warning MEPCO had filed a petition in this Court under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. MEPCO has brought this adversary proceeding to deny Enterprise any claim as either an owner of, or a secured creditor as to, certain MEPCO motor vehicles which Enterprise paid off immediately prior and following…
