WARREN, District Judge.
These are consolidated cases before the Court pursuant to its diversity jurisdiction. Wine Imports of America, Inc. (Wine Imports) filed Case No. 81-C-1377 on October 26, 1981, against Gerolmo’s Liquors, Inc. (Gerolmo) to recover amounts owed for goods sold and delivered. On October 29, 1981, Gerolmo filed No. 81-C-1574 in state court against Wine Imports and Renfield, Inc. (Renfield) alleging violations of the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, Wis.Stat. Ch. 135.
