This is a reciprocal discipline action arising out of disciplinary proceedings initiated in Georgia, where the Respondent, David Roberson (hereinafter “Roberson” or “Respondent”), a member of that bar, exclusively practiced law. Respondent was disbarred from the practice of law in Georgia on April 5, 2001, 2 when the Supreme Court of Georgia determined, after the Review Panel of the State Disciplinary Board recommended disbarment, that Roberson had violated the following Georgia State Bar Standards: 4 (a lawyer shall not engage in professional conduct involving dishonesty,…
