DaimlerChrysler Services North America, LLC (“DaimlerChrysler”) brought a complaint for declaratory relief, seeking a judgment that it had not breached a 1983 Software System Agreement under which DaimlerChrysler’s predecessor had licensed a software system from an alleged predecessor of Summit National, Inc.
