This case involves a number of claims by Summit National Inc. (“SNI”) against Da imler Chrysler Services North America, LLC (“DCS”). The claims relate to a “perpetual” license agreement, which allowed for DCS’s use of SNI’s Automated Leasing Account System (“ALAS”) software.
