Plaintiff sued to recover the reasonable value of the services of his minor sons, Edward and Raymond, aged nineteen and seventeen years, respectively. Judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff against defendant Charles A. Miller, and the latter appeals from the judgment and from the order denying his motion for a new trial. Plaintiff was formerly the husband of defendant Mrs. Charles A. Miller. They were divorced about May 20, 1908. The care, custody, and control of Edward and Raymond and their sister, two years younger than Raymond, were awarded in the decree to the plaintiff herein.…
