MOODY R. TIDWELL, III, Judge.

This case is before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiff’s action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2501 (1988), and as outside the jurisdiction of this court to award monetary damages. For the following reasons defendant’s motion is denied.

FACTS

Plaintiff initiated suit by filing a complaint in this court on April 21, 1989. Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss on August 8, 1989, and included among the alleged grounds for dismissal the assertion that all of plaintiff’s claims arising from its trust relationship with the United States and accruing more…
