In the opinion filed by this court upon the application for a preliminary injunction in the case first above entitled .(Bigelow v. Calumet & Hecla Mining Company [C. C.] Í55 Fed. 869), the claims of the complainant presented in that cause, as well as the conclusions reached upon the various legal questions there raised, are fully stated.
