Appeal from an order of the Family Court of St. Lawrence County (Nelson, J.), entered May 27, 1986, which denied petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, to, inter alia, remove the parties’ child from New York to California.
After a short marriage and the birth of a son, respondent decided that he wanted a divorce and prevailed upon petitioner to obtain one.
