In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by judgment dated November 18, 1986, the defendant wife appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Imperato, J.H.O.), dated November 27, 1989, as, after a hearing, denied her motion to modify the judgment of divorce to permit her to remove their minor son to the State of California.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
