Before the Court in the above-captioned proceeding is a motion to convert the case from a case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. §§ 101, et seq., as amended by the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, P.L. 95-598) to a case under Chapter 7 filed by Paccar Financial Corp. (“Paccar”), 1 a creditor.
