This matter is before the court following trial of the issues raised by separate motions to dismiss, filed on behalf of the United States Trustee and the United States of America (acting through The Farmers Home Administration, The Commodity Credit Corporation, and The Internal Revenue Service) and a motion for contempt, filed on behalf of The Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
