Gibraltar Corporation of America (“Gibraltar”) the holder of both a secured and an unsecured claim in this Chapter 11 case, has moved for an order pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b) converting this case to a case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, or for dismissal of the case.
