OPINION

KOEHLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of aggravated possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. The jury assessed punishment at twenty-five years imprisonment and a fine of $10,000.00. We affirm.

In Point of Error No. One, the Appellant asserts that the trial court erred in failing to grant the Appellant’s Motion for New Trial in that the Appellant was denied effective assistance of counsel.
