OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a murder conviction, where the jury assessed punishment at twenty (20) years’ imprisonment.

On appeal the appellant contends the indictment is fundamentally defective because it fails to allege the deceased was an “individual,” the court erred in failing to charge, sua sponte, on the lesser included offense of criminally negligent homicide, that her counsel rendered ineffective assistance for failing to object or request such charge, that the State suppressed evidence, and the court erred in permitting the prosecutor to comment on the…
