Appellant was convicted under Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934 by a general court-martial sitting with members of unlawful storing and disposing of explosive material in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 842(h). He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, total forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement at hard labor for two years.
