Plaintiff appeals from the judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of her plastic surgeon and his professional corporation on plaintiffs claims arising out of the performance of a chemical peel in conjunction with elective cosmetic surgery consisting of a facelift and eyelid procedure. In the verdict director the jury was instructed on alternate theories of lack of consent and negligence in the performance of the chemical peel.
