Plaintiffs appeal from the judgment entered on a directed verdict in favor of defendant condominium association and defendant snow removal contractor in a slip and fall case. Plaintiffs contend that the trial court erred in directing a verdict in defendants’ favor at the close of plaintiffs’ case on their claim for damages for a slip and fall on ice on a porch. They assert that they adduced substantial evidence that defendants undertook a duty to clear the porch of ice and snow and to prevent formation of ice and that each defendant negligently performed that…
