The appellants in this case were, by complaint of L. M. Scholl, charged with operating as a common carrier without having a certificate of public convenience. This complaint was answered separately by the three respondents.
Max Weisberger denied common carriage but admitted owning a dairy and hauling milk from the farmers from whom it was purchased to his dairy, for which purpose he employed Herman Weisberger, one of the other respondents.
