This is an appeal from an order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission approving amendment of a contract carrier permit so as to allow the transportation of property for twenty-six additional stores in Philadelphia. Appellant, Merchants Parcel Delivery, Inc., was a protestant before the Commission. The applicant, United Parcel Service of Pennsylvania, Inc., has intervened in this appeal.
