PANELLA, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Shawn Murray, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on December 13, 2006, by the Honorable Leon W. Tucker, Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. After careful review, we affirm.

¶ 2 On June 26, 2006, Officer James Keith and his partner, Officer Bunch, were sitting in a marked police cruiser just off the intersection of 57th and Baltimore in Philadelphia, a known narcotics area, when they observed a Range Rover make a right turn, without signaling, northbound onto 57th Street.
