The plaintiff, Brenda A. Gray (hereinafter “Plaintiff’) brought suit against Johnson & Johnson Medical, a Division of Ethicon, Inc. and numerous co-defendants (hereinafter "Defendants” collectively) alleging negligence and breach of warranty in the production, distribution and sale of natural rubber latex gloves worn by the Plaintiff in the course of her employment as a health care provider.
