This case arises under the Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A 10:5-1 to -49(LAD). The primary issue is whether plaintiffs’ claims are barred by the two-year statute of limitations. To resolve that question, the Court is called on to consider an equitable exception to the statute of limitations known as the “continuing violation” doctrine.
