POLLAK, District Judge.

The government brought this civil action pursuant to § 340(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (“INA”), codified at 8 U.S.C. § 1451(a), to revoke the citizenship of defendant Fedir Kwoczak. The government charges that Mr. Kwoc-zak procured American citizenship illegally by obtaining an immigration visa to which he was not entitled; according to the gov- eminent, the defendant’s lack of entitlement to enter the United States stemmed from his alleged service (1) as a guard at Nazi labor and extermination camps in German-occupied Poland from 1943 to…
