The plaintiff commenced its action against the board of county commissioners by filing a claim for supplies and services claimed to have been performed for the county clerk, which was denied and appealed to tlhe district court by the plaintiff. In the trial of the cause judgment went for the plaintiff on motion of the latter. The defendant has appealed the cause to this court, and for error alleges that the judgment is not supported by sufficient evidence and is contrary to law.
