This action was commenced by the defendant in error, Cudjo Barnett, a minor, by A. D. Evans, his guardian," against the plaintiffs in error and others to recover upon several bonds executed by J. Y. Brown, former guardian of plaintiff. The parties will be designated in this opinion as they appear in the court below. The defendants F. M. Courtney and Erastus K. Evans were sureties of J. V."
