FOLEY, District Judge.

The amended complaint herein is filed in behalf of “Earl Webb, as President of Sigma Tau Gamma, a voluntary unincorporated association, and all others similarly situated.” This pleading describes the plaintiff as a citizen of the United States and a resident of the State of Missouri and the duly elected and acting President of Sigma Tau Gamma, a social fraternity of male students, having chapters at forty-five colleges and universities throughout the United States.
