This was an action for the recovery of real estate, brought by appellants against appellee.
From the finding of facts by the court, it appears: That on the 20th day of February, 1882, one John W. Waters was the owner in fee simple of the real estate in controversy, and that on said day he and his wife conveyed the same “to Samuel R. Waters and Kate Waters, his wife, during their natural lives, and at their death to the heirs of their body. * * * Hereby conveying a life interest in said land, or so long as they occupy the same, to said Samuel R.
