Application is made by the committee for an order judicially settling his account and for a discharge. The committee was appointed pursuant to section 2323a of the Code of Civil Procedure on the application of the attorney-general, the incompetent person being an inmate of a state hospital. The committee was appointed in September, 1914. A bond was duly filed and a commission issued. The court on the return day of the application appointed a special guardian who, after filing his report, has since died.
