MEMORANDUM ORDER
HADEN, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Deborah Hamrick and Victoria Watts, entered into a consumer credit transaction with the Defendant Ashland Finance Company of West Virginia (hereinafter referred to as Finance Company) with certain items of household property named as collateral. 1 Subsequently, the Finance Company instituted detinue proceedings before a justice of the peace in order to have the alleged collateral seized.
