This employment discrimination case is before the Court on defendants’ motion to dismiss the action or, in the alternative, for summary judgment. Defendants Mary Jo White, Chairman of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), and Susan R. Larson, an SEC employee, filed their motion on October 12, 2012, approximately eleven months ago. Pro se plaintiff, Randolph S. Koch, did not file an opposition.
