This action was commenced by the plaintiff Brace & Hergert Mill Company, seeking foreclosure of a lien claimed by it upon a house and lot owned by the defendants in Seattle, for material furnished and used in the con*359struction of the house. After the commencement of the action, others became parties thereto by intervention, all of whom also seek foreclosure of their liens claimed separately by them upon the house and lot for material furnished for, and used in the construction of, the house and for labor performed thereon.
