Plaintiff in error, F. W. Hochspeier, Inc., is a corporation engaged in the undertaking business in the city of Chicago. The purpose for which it was incorporated, as stated in its charter, is to conduct the business of undertaking, operating undertaking rooms, conduct and manage funerals, hire and operate necessary vehicles and cars for the transportation of passengers, packages and freight in connection therewith.
