RULING RE: OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION

This matter is before the Court on the objection to plan confirmation by Equitable Life Insurance Company (“Equitable”). Equitable argues that the proposed plan of reorganization does not provide a fair repayment of its secured claim under 11 U.S.C. § 1225(a)(5)(B)(ii). 1 Debtors, Allen D. and Sandra J. Koch (“debtors”), contend that the plan’s treatment of the Equitable secured claim satisfies the standards for confirmation found in § 1225(a)(5)(B)(ii).
