MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER CONDITIONALLY CONFIRMING CHAPTER 11 PLAN

Now before the Court is the Third Amended Plan of Reorganization proposed by the Debtors, L.B. Bryant and Mary Louise Bryant (the “Third Amended Plan” or “Plan”). Objections have been filed by secured creditors Bank of England (the “Bank”) and the Farm Service Agency (“FSA”). Also before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss filed by the Bank.
