OPINION
BUSH, Judge.
In this class action lawsuit, plaintiffs, who are former employees of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), seek on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated, injunctive and declaratory relief, separation pay, damages, and other relief for the United States’ alleged violation of the Separation Pay Act, 5 U.S.C. § 5597. Currently pending before the court is the defendant’s motion to dismiss, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims (RCFC), for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
