On December 23, 2014, the Plaintiff, Robert Zani, individually and on behalf of all those similarly situated, filed an Amended Complaint against Rite Aid Headquarters Corporation for negligent and willful violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227, in connection with a prerecorded, automated call the Defendant made to Plaintiffs cell phone in 2014 alerting him to the availability of flu shots at Rite Aid pharmacies.
