I. Background1
In June 2016, Donald Coleman began receiving pre-recorded automated voice messages from Rite Aid regarding prescription medications on his cell phone. These messages were directed to someone *1345other than Coleman. After several phone calls, Coleman contacted a Rite Aid employee at the number from which the calls originated.
