This is an action on a fidelity bond to recover losses allegedly suffered by the plaintiff KAMI Kountry Broadcasting' Company, a corporation, through fraudulent and1 dishonest acts of its general manager, Dean L. McLain, whose fidelity was insured by the bond. ;
