This is an action by plaintiff, Omaha Bank for Cooperatives (hereinafter Bank), for a declaratory judgment to determine the liability, if any, of the defendant, The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company (Aetna), under a banker’s blanket bond written by Aetna to insure a group of farm credit banks, including the plaintiff Bank.
