MEMORANDUM
BLAKE, District Judge.
Claiming that his use of Motorola wireless hand-held telephones between 1992 and 1998 caused a cancerous brain tumor, plaintiff Dr. Christopher Newman, joined by his wife, filed a multi-count complaint against numerous defendants in Baltimore City Circuit Court. The defendants timely removed the case to this court on August 28, 2000, alleging diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
