MEMORANDUM OPINION

J. FREDERICK MOTZ, District Judge.

Plaintiff Dennis Glynn (“Glynn”) has filed this suit against defendants EDO Corporation (“EDO”), Impact Science and Technology, Incorporated (“1ST”), Michael Caprario (“Caprario”), and Dean Puzzo (“Puzzo”), alleging retaliation in violation of the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. § 3730 et seq., and wrongful discharge in violation of public policy under New Hampshire and Maryland common law.
