McCLOSKEY, Senior Judge.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections and CompSer-vices, Inc. (collectively hereafter referred to as Employer) petition for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), affirming an order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ), granting the petition for review/reinstatement filed on behalf of David Anderson (Claimant). We affirm.
