Plaintiff Cyril Horsham, proceeding pro se, commenced the above captioned action on January 28, 2014, against Defendant Fresh Direct, alleging age and disability discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), and the New York -State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”).
