Plaintiff, Ellen Dessa Mokros, filed the complaint herein, in which she prayed that the will of the testator, George T. Shimunok, her brother, be construed to mean that said testator under the fourth clause of his will bequeathed his entire personal estate to her after the payment of the two $100 legacies mentioned in the second and third clauses of his will. The executor of decedent’s will, plaintiff’s two sisters, Ida Mary Burmeister and Emma Laura Nissen and the legatees under the second and third clauses of the will, were named as defendants.
