Arnold Dahmer, Wensler Dahmer, Roy Dahmer, Eugenia Mechoir, Lena Gander and Charles Wensler filed a bill in the city court of East St. Louis against Henry Wensler, Charles Wensler, Vernie Wensler, Mathew Noonan, Mildred Noonan and Sylvia Noonan for the construction of a will and the partition of a parcel of real estate. Each of the six complainants claimed an undivided one-sixth interest in the parcel.
