Before the Court is the Motion of Dr. Roderick R. Paige, the Secretary of the United States Department of Education (the “Secretary”), for Summary Judgment (the “Motion”) in response to the Debtor’s Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Student Loan pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 528(a)(8). The issue before the Court is whether the Debtor’s education loan debt, consolidated post-petition under a federal consolidation loan program, is dischargea-ble under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).
