MEMORANDUM OPINION

Debtors filed this adversary proceeding in an effort to obtain a discharge of their student loan obligations because of undue hardship, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). After the close of pleadings and discovery, an Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”), Doc. No. 30, was filed by the Defendant, United States of America, Department of Education.
